In these stressful, busy times for
the New Orleans area, it can be difficult to motivate yourself to
get the exercise you should be getting. Your health is the most
important thing you have, and the proper amount of exercise will

immunity to disease. One-on-one training with a professional instructor
can help you set and track your goals for fitness, health, weight
loss and personal accomplishment.

indoor fitness bootcamp starts Wednesday, September 7!
We will be starting an 8 week fitness and self-defense indoor bootcamp
next Wednesday, Sept 7 6-7am. It will meet every
Mon/Wed through October 31 here at our gym at 4210 St Claude, corner
of France St.
Focusing on cardio conditioning, strength training
and flexibility, the class will employ martial arts techniques such
as punches, kicks, elbows, knees and palm strikes. Some weight training
with Russian kettlebells will likely be a component of the class.
This early morning class will be focused on beginners,
but all levels are welcome, and there will be options for increasing
the intensity of the exercises. The first class is free-- after
that there is a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied.
Regular price is $150, but there is an early registration
discount of $100 if you sign up via the webform below. Refer friends
and you all get the $100 discount rate. We might also have a late
morning class if there is sufficient interest-- just let us know
on the form here
